Step 1: Interview
Upon mutual agreement we meet with you to learn about your business, your web site ideas and how you intend to use it. We inquire about your customers, trends, behaviors and competition, which demonstrates to us an idea of your business environment. In this first meeting we will also show you samples of our work. |
Step 2: Proposal
Shortly after the initial interview, we will provide you a proposal clearly identifying our recommendations with activities, roles and responsibilities, timing and pricing. We do consider every detail to insure that your web site is a success to your target audience and you. |
Step 3: Project Launch
Once you select Belsource Inc. to create or enhance your web site, you OK the proposal by signing a simple agreement, we will begin to work on the Design Phase of your project. |
Step 4: Design
Belsource normally begins by presenting you with a storyboard illustrating the main tabs or areas of your web site. Here we will be importing your text (or copywriting your material depending on who supplies the text copy) and begin to develop graphics, drawings, 3D animation or take professional photos. We may request that you, or someone from your company spends a few hours with our designers, editors, or animators, simply to guarantee mutual understanding. |
Step 5: Web site implementation
After you approve the design, animation, or video, Belsource will implement every possible detail to make the best finished product. We will manage any outsourced sub-contract work (e.g. photography or copywriting, etc.) to give your web site professional messaging and graphics. |
Step 6: Testing and debugging
We will ensure that everything looks great, from the fonts to the color to the exact layout to navigation on each and every webpage. We will also test all pages, links and other elements to ensure that your web site works effectively and efficiently in a host of different computers, display sizes, resolutions, and operating systems. Step 8: Delivery and ownership
Belsource will deliver completed website when promised. It is customary for us to explain how everything works and test the project on your gear if possible. If you approve of our finished product, you will take ownership of the content, domain name and the ability to change, add or revise the site. When you work with us, you own your website and may use it for any purpose you wish forever. We only ask that we are allowed to use it in our portfolio and that we retain the rights to any custom software we create to produce it. Our philosophy is done right, or done over, until we achieve 100% customer satisfaction. |
Step 9: Follow-up and support
Although the process is wrapped up at this point, our services don’t stop here. We will follow-up with you to see if you have any questions.
